At HS Electrical Contractors Limited we are not only NICEIC registered, we are registered with the PRS (Private Rented Sector Scheme) which enables us to provide landlords with an accurate report detailing any potential issues they may have with a rental property.

All electrical inspections are completed by issuing an Electrical Condition Report (EICR) which should be kept for their records or O & M Manuals.

Inspection & Testing:
